The recent garden design competition run by Nature Valley came to a conclusion on Wednesday 13 July 2011 when the winning gardens were dropped off at secret locations thoroughout London. I was unable to attend the event but Nature Valley kindly sent me an image of my garden! I hope “Tranquila” found a good home!
The gardens were finally dropped off in the following gardens around London – mine, apparently, was taken at the first drop off.
- · Kensington High Street (Derry Street)
- · Westfield (Between Shepherd’s Bush station and Westfield)
- · Covent Garden (Floral Street)
- · Spitalfields Market (in the middle, opposite Costa Coffee)
- · Leicester Square (Irving Street)
Featured below are a selection of images from the even t- included are some wonderful examples of Anna Garforth Artwork – created specially for event and placed near Sheppard’s Bush and Covent Garden Tube Maps.
A great day was reportedly had by all and the gardens were snapped up super fast.
