If you are looking for good quality fish and chips in a wonderful setting then head along to the Empire Fish & Chip Takeaway & Restaurant in Outwood, near Wakefield.
It has one of the few drivethrough takeaways I know of which serves absolutely wonderful northern fish & chips! It is set in the old Empire cinema – and, if you venture into the restaurant you are treated to a decor packed with some of the posters and relics of the old cinema. An absolute treat! You will be guaranteed a warm welcome by friendly staff.
