Great, Thanks for the tip! I had what was termed here a "Full American Breakfast" a short while ago - and it was pancakes accompanied by rashers of bacon,eggs and a generous quantity of maple syrup. It was absolutely gorgeous. I am planning a trip to America next year for a holiday - and this is going to be one of the first things I want when I get off that plane :D Thanks!
