In response to my call for Louisana recipes yesterday for True Blood recipe ideas I received Gumbo over and over again. I´ve heard of Gumbo but never had it and, to be entirely honest with you, havent got a clue about preparing it. Plus I am serving Polish Beetroot Soup on the day (ferment already in the fridge) so Gumbo doesnt seem a natural follow on from that… I am sure there are those out there who would love to celebrate the release of True Blood with some good regional cooking… so here are some links to Gumbo recipes I found online!
