Serves: 4 Ingredients Olive Oil 150g Walnuts 2 shallots, finely chopped 4 slices bacon, chopped 100g Brussell Sprouts, shredded 300g Savoy Cabbage, shredded 200g Spring Greens, chopped Walnut Oil Method Heat a little olive oil in a wok or large frying pan and fry walnuts until browned - the remove them to a plate.
