Toblerone were extremely generous to send us two 400gram bars over the Easter period - and we used each of them to experiment a little. We made their recipes of cookies and fondue, which I have to say, were absolute divine and dangerously mourish. This is my take on a fun cheesecake made to celebrate Easter.
