Owing to a last minute hitch with our food hamper  and our present delivery from Amazon UK our Christmas was a little simpler than we had planned. Ingredients 4 dollops of Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise 60ml fat free natural yoghurt Lemon juice to taste 2 tsp mild curry powder 2 tbsp mango chutney 500g cooked chicken or turkey 30g finely sliced red onion 80g salad leaves Method Mix together the mayonnaise, mild curry powder, fat free natural yoghurt, lemon juice and mango chutney. Ingredients 30g Smoked salmon slices (cut into strips) 1 dollops* of Hellmann’s Light Mayonnaise Chopped chives 2 eggs Pepper Wedge of lemon Method Mix together the smoked salmon strips, a generous dollop of mayonnaise and a sprinkling of chopped chives.
