Out of all the recipes I have posted thus far ready for next weeks this is my ABSOLUTE favourite. Sweet Potato and Goat´s Cheese, two of my all time favourite foods, combined into one dish? How could it possibly fail! Truth is it didn´t. My family and I had this for supper last night and it was beautiful.
